We had a hot and windy day yesterday and rain and wind
last night, we’re glad we are at a marina.
The cold front moved through so today was around 75 degrees and
sunny. We spent the entire day walking
around Montreal, the streets are lined
with restaurants, art galleries, shops, and benches, to just sit and
relax.
You don’t see too many telephone booths back home, but
they are everywhere here.
Something tells me the snow gets pretty deep up here.
While having a cold drink at one of the many sidewalk restaurants,
we noticed one of our looper friends “Mitzvah” walking past us. We haven’t seen them since Norfolk, Va., they are staying at a different marina across the river. We spent the rest of the afternoon with them
comparing notes about the loop and touring the town.
It was a hard decision as to where to eat dinner with so
many options to choose from. We finally
picked a place and were not disappointed.
After dinner, we watched a little street entertainment before heading back to the boat.
